Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for refund or exchange up to 30 days of the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged / Defective Returns

  • Damaged products are returnable within 30 days of date of purchase.
  • Defective products are returnable within 90 days of date of purchase.
  • On all damaged and defective returns, please include a description of the damage or defect.
  • In the event that a shipment has external damage, please sign for the shipment as “damaged” and keep the box for the shipper’s inspection.

Nonreturnable Products

  • Ripped / torn / stained / or otherwise normal wear and tear due to use
  • Products bought at a discount of 65% or greater
  • After purchase personalized / embossed products


Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit in a timely manner, dependent upon your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Mail Returns to:
